Find answers to common questions about Queens Tower Tuition, including tutors, lessons, fees, cancellations, safeguarding and how tuition arrangements work.
We take tutor quality seriously. Tutors are selected through a multi-stage process that may include verification of qualifications, assessment of teaching experience and an in-depth interview.
Tutors are also required to provide and maintain an appropriate, up-to-date DBS certificate and provide references where requested.
We aim to match students with an appropriate tutor based on their academic requirements. If you would subsequently prefer to work with a different tutor, Queens Tower Tuition can facilitate a transition and arrange an appropriate handover.
We recognise that continuity is particularly important for students preparing for major academic milestones.
Tutors are required to give Queens Tower Tuition as much advance notice as reasonably practicable if they intend to stop teaching and to cooperate with us so that we can arrange an appropriate handover or replacement.
Our standard tuition session is 50 minutes.
